Steve Newsome - the chef behind Burn Valley Catering - has spent the last 25 years travelling around Europe cooking in restaurants and picking up his amazingly intricate style of cooking. He names Scandinavia, Austria and London, as his home from homes.
Having moved with his partner Laura, to North Norfolk, in 2013 he worked briefly in restaurants before returning to private catering with Julie Abbs where he has happily worked as part of a small unit and been instrumental on many of their large corporate events and small intimate functions for the last 3 years.
Partner Laura, has been busy planting a vineyard on the family farm, as well as looking after their twins Molly and Max. In light of the forthcoming Winery they thought should put their joint expertise into creating Burn Valley Catering.
So here in North Norfolk, Steve is doing what he does best - creating relaxed, social, and unforgettable culinary experiences, using the best of the local seasonal ingredients, in the comfort of your own home.
