Prawn (welsh sourced if poss) cocktail, avocado puree dressed mixed leaves, cocktail sauce and sesame melba toast

Posh cheese on toast - brioche toast with ham hock terrine gratinated welsh rarebit with deep fried duck egg and dressed mixed leaves


Lamb two ways – Plated - Welsh best end of Lamb, served with a faggot filled with slow cooked NZ lamb shoulder on bed of spinach, fondant potato, and oven dried plum tomato on the vine.


Slow cooked Lamb shank on and served with smoked mash, leeks and with rich red wine jus


Beef Wellington served with spinach, parsnips and fondant potatoes


Pan seared crispy Sea trout on smoked mash with a cockle and caper butter

sauce topped with braised/crispy leeks  


Pan fried turbot with NZ green shell mussels(or cockles) and oxtail


Platter ideas….

Wooden board with slow roasted leg of lamb or shoulder (marinated with conifteed roasted garlic, rosemary and thyme) and mint sauce served carved or with carving knife on the board, braised leeks, fondant potatoes or roasted turned(chateux) potatoes and rich lamb jus.


Wooden platters with whole side of skinned Sea Trout, herb crusted, cooked medium rare. Served with new potatoes braised leeks and light white wine veloute


Veg bowls of curly Kale, braised leeks, French beans, and carrots



NZ passionfruit Pavlova

Apple tart tartin with vanilla icecream

Baileys and chocolate Bread and butter pudding

Chocolate and orange tart with pistachio icecream

Warm chocolate mousse with vanilla icecream and almond tuille
